Mission in Cuba

2015 Cuba UPDATE

A team of four people went to Santiago De Cuba to start a new work in the poorest area of Cuba.

In April Pastor Travis and Camilla returned and set up arrangements with two churches to bring them HOPE and HELP!

In November of 7 People went to Cuba In November 2015 led by Pastor Jacques & Sharon.

We brought 8 suitcases of donated clothing, tools, bicycle, computers and items for children.

The two churches we ministered to were, Pasto Joaquim's church and Pastor Julius Ceasers church.

We will have pictures of this new trip up presently.

It is a joy to see the change and appreciation in the people whom we At the Crossroads were able to Bless.

At The Crossroads Church has been helping this particular church in Cuba since 2005. When we first arrived at this church there was nothing but carboard boxes for walls. The church was barely big enough to fit everyone. Over the years we have been able to raise enough money for the church that a new stone building was built. In 2010 when hurricane "Thomas" hit Cuba, all of the surrounding families gathered in the new church for safety. The hurricane had wiped out several of the neighborhoods home including the Pastor's. Gathering in the church saved many lives and it is only by God's hand that the church was able to have been built and that those lives were saved. The church is doing very well and we are still in contact, visiting every year.

This was our latest trip to Cuba. We visited Pastor Pablo's church and also the new church started on the beaches. It was great to see the expansion of God's Kingdom in Cuba. Pierre Lauzer and his team went to Cuba in 2014, and these photos are the expansion of the church in Cuba, including resort style cabanas. Our Church is supporting Cuba and we are looking to visit Cuba again in late 2015.  We were able to visit many needy churches and have decided to help build a church there for Pastor Julius and work with Pastor Joaquin Aranda. We are excited about working in this new area.
